VendorSite Analyze provides you with a performance “cockpit” for your supply chain. It enables you to identify and track key performance indicators and metrics, perform trend analysis, view supplier performance as well as instantly see – and act on – critical activities within your supply chain.
VendorSite Analyze functionality includes:
- Supplier performance summaries
VendorSite generates detail reports, in both tabular and graphical formats, on each supplier’s performance in meeting parts shipment requirements. Data is presented on number and percent of shipments made on time, early, and late, as well as such items as average days early/late and detail on each shipment made. - Trend analysis
The Trend Analysis display shows graphically and in detail, the actual and forecasted quantity of parts shipments over a selectable time period for a selected part. This display can be used for both analyzing past and forecasted shipments for the part and for analyzing the accuracy of the shipment forecast over time. - Schedule change metrics
VendorSite also displays the number of times the schedule has changed over variable time buckets to allow both manufacturers and suppliers to measure the variability of orders. This enables manufacturers to identify and focus on potential problem areas within their supply chain.
