Physical Security
Our data center is located in a secure building protected by an on-site security force and an extensive video surveillance system. Biometric hand scanners control physical access to the building and PIN-code entry systems to ensure only authorized personnel gain access. Our application servers are secured in locked cabinet space and can be accessed only by a handful of carefully screened personnel.
To protect against natural disasters, the data center building itself has been hardened against earthquakes, severe storms, flooding and fire.
Network Security
All care is taken to maintain the security of your VendorSite application and its data. The Eventra data center employs a dedicated Risk Mitigation Team that continuously performs internal assessments of the network’s security. We combine this effort with periodic third party testing and validation to ensure we provide the tightest network security.
The Risk Mitigation Team logs access to VendorSite in real-time and uses a sophisticated network intrusion detection application to spot any suspicious usage patterns. The application is placed at strategic locations on the network to identify suspicious usage patterns so attacks can be detected and stopped before an intruder gains access to the network, operating system or VendorSite.
